Terms and Conditions for Toll

• 1. Contract:
  An  annual contract with terms and conditions has to be fixed.
• 2. Time line:
  Customer buys metal directly at a broker at least first week month prior to shipment month.
• 3. Deliveries of cathodes is customer's responsibility:
  
  • CIF Pine Hall
  • Schedule to be approved by KWCP (purchasing and receiving)
  • Delivery via railcar (190 klb) or full truck loads (40 klb) of cathodes (a COMEX contract is 25 klb minimum)
• 4. Specification of cathodes:
  
  • Grade A, COMEX registration necessary.
  • Range of  deliverable cathode sizes have to be mutually fixed and the vendors are approved by KWCP
• 5. Toll ratio:
